Marion holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Management from Henson College and Dalhousie University. Marion is a practising member of the Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society and is self-employed as a sole practitioner with specialized training and certification in the area of Conflict Resolution including Mediation (Certified Mediator), Conflict Management and Collaborative Law.
Marion’s practice is primarily family law including separation/divorce, support, access and custody, assisting her clients to negotiate and resolve their issues successfully outside of the involvement of the court whenever possible
