Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University. She practices primarily in the area of family law, and represents clients in cases involving custody, access, support and division of assets.
Laura attempts to integrate alternative dispute resolution into her practice where possible, to assist clients in resolving their disputes in a cost-effective manner without the involvement of the courts. Laura is a strong proponent of the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Law model and has successfully negotiated agreements on behalf of her clients within this process.
