Janice has been practising family law since 1989.  She is committed to helping clients resolve difficult issues by providing candid, practical advice and representation.  Janice advises clients on separation agreements, marriage and cohabitation contracts, child custody and access, spousal and child support, divorce and division of assets.

Janice is a member and past chair of the Supreme Court Family Liaison Committee. She is a member of the Professional Standards (Family) Committee, the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Alliance Française (Halifax).
